• Highest quality steel

  Very solid and durable structures have been used in container tents. The frame is made of thick pipes with a diameter of 76 mm. All parts of the structure are made of the highest quality steel. In order to protect the steel elements from corrosion, all parts of the structure have been protected with galvanization .

• Solid anchoring

  In order to increase the strength of the container tents, a double anchoring of the structure was used. A specially developed system for flexible roof assembly allows for solid anchoring of the structure with the container. Two types of anchoring were used:

  1. fastening with mounting hooks
  2. fastening to containers using screw clamps and steel plates

  3. Stable construction

     The stability of the roof structure is ensured by several factors. These include vertical arches, which are spaced 2 metres apart. These are round connectors between the two sides of the roof. The semi-circular structure of the structure reduces the force of wind pressure. The frame of the container tents has been additionally reinforced with horizontal steel pipes, which also increases the strength of the entire roof. The pipes are connected with through-bolts, which is the best way to connect the elements of the structure.

  4. Proven systems

     Our container tents use the most solid steel pipe connection using two M10 screws. Thick pipe connecting elements ensure high stability of the entire structure. Carefully connected structural elements increase its stability.

  5. Spacious interior

     Container tents are the highest structures among the available roofs. In tents of this type we can store oversized equipment. The large distance between the ridge (the highest point of the roof) and the ground ensures the optimal height of the frame.

  6. Easy to expand

     Connecting several container roofs together allows you to extend the interior of the tent. However, they must be roofs of the same width. The tents are connected one after another, using a special gutter. The edge of the tarpaulin of the first roof is placed on the arch of the roof with which it is to be connected. Thanks to this, container tents can be used as a mobile silo, a large garage for vehicles or agricultural and construction machines.

  7. Universal roofing

     Container tents are used in many sectors and industries. Roofs guarantee dry and safe storage and garage space. They are used in industry, agriculture and trade. They facilitate road and construction works. They are perfect for storing machines, vehicles and equipment. They also create a shaded space for employees during hot and rainy days.

  Sheathing

  This type of container roof has a tarpaulin at the front equipped with a high entrance and a smaller entrance. The back of the tent remains empty and does not have a tarpaulin. In container tents, the tarpaulin is made of strong PVC with a grammage of 720g. A cover of this grammage is resistant to large temperature fluctuations and is perfect for year-round use. The tarpaulin is fully waterproof and resistant to UV radiation. The durable cover effectively isolates the contents of the tent from unfavorable external factors. Thanks to the use of tension belts at the tops, the cover remains taut and does not deform. The tarpaulin is fireproof and meets the EN13501 standards, which increases safety when using the interior of the tent.
